Job Role:

An associate’s primary responsibility is to respond to consumer requests for assistance via chat or phone.
This position is critical in ensuring that customer requirements for communication, prioritization, escalation, and resolution of incidents or requests are satisfied.

Excellent written and vocal communication.
Customers should be able to communicate with you via chat and phone, and you should be able to answer their inquiries about service.
Multitasking and coordination abilities are important.
Excellent judgment abilities to be able to assess circumstances correctly and deliver rapid solutions.
Willingness and the ability to work rotating night shifts are required.
