Job Role:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by completing the Video KYC (know your customer) procedure for potential customers in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Collect essential information from clients as needed and keep it up to date to make the decision-making process easier.
- When interacting with consumers, be presentable.
- Ensure those card applications are verified without errors.
- Deliver metrics for employees, customers, and shareholders in accordance with objectives.
- To fulfill customer needs and boost value proposition, brainstorm with executives and coworkers to recommend changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels.
- Quality and compliance criteria are followed.
- All new initiatives in the New Accounts category should be supported.
- Call handling that is both effective and efficient
- Customers’ needs must be balanced against American Express’s.
- Behavioral abilities/skills: To manage timelines, you must be self-motivated and organized.

Skills Required:
- MS Office Knowledge
- Knowledge of KYC for the Consumer and Corporate Markets in India
- Observance of Blue Box Values
- High focus on outcomes
- Interpersonal abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Flexibility in the workplace Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
