Work from Home

• Managing a team of Off Roll sales DMAs to ensure that sales and penetration targets are met at the dealership.
• Ensure that all customer-related documents are validated in originals, and scan and fill in various customers’ details in ICAS before submitting it.
• Within the timeframe specified, a physical agreement will be signed and a repayment instrument will be sent out.
• To guarantee that customers are sold loan packages in accordance with the targets (both within and outside the dealership).
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers, and respond to issues and questions on a daily basis.
• Verification of all customer documents at ASC site, including KYC, customer personal information, and papers received through DMAs, in accordance with business policy.
• Management of open inquiries and follow-up
• Maintain TAT for case decisions and timely disbursement.
• Customers should be aware of all schemes, and they should be explained to them.
