• Using email and other electronic interactions, provide support and address technical issues.
• Establish credibility and trust with the consumer by verbally empathizing with their dilemma, anticipating their needs, and responding quickly to their problem.
• Apply innovative troubleshooting approaches to deliver one-of-a-kind solutions to each customer’s specific requirements.
• Make the most of your experience by offering suggestions to the staff on how to improve our services.
• Ensure that customers are kept informed during key occurrences.

• Customer service experience via phone, email, and chat for 6 months to 4 years.
• Experience in the gaming/tech support industry Fluency in written English (asset)
• Excellent communication abilities (oral and/or written)
• Customer service with a strong focus on the customer
• Excellent team player with gaming expertise and enthusiasm.
• Multitasking abilities are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• The desire to be a self-starter who enjoys learning new technologies on a regular basis
