• Proactively approach Citi clients to determine real needs, comprehend the client’s wants, and pique their interest in Citi’s goods.
• As needed, provide Citi clients with product advice and information, highlighting features and benefits.
• Build and sustain customer connections, both new and old.
• To efficiently customize offers and cross-market an expanding collection of products and services to new and existing clients, perform the appropriate processes, procedures, and verbal conversations.
• Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
• All of our staff are expected to meet the needs of our clients while offering an exceptional client experience, which will be measured using particular metrics.
• Observance of a pre-determined sales process.
• All regulatory and compliance rules must be followed.
• Ensure that CDD/Overlay/APF & AIR reviews are completed on schedule.
• Observance of OWS policies.

• English fluency required.
