• The candidate must have a working laptop, a smartphone, and access to Wi-Fi.
• At home, a good working environment is required, including a dedicated private work area and a table/chair.

• Pre-Call Investigate the situation. Determine the assigned sellers’ current eligibility using available resources/online.
• Obtains client information by calling them and asking them questions. Check the accuracy of the information.
• Update the client’s profile to satisfy the necessary profile score based on the collected/verified data.
• Educating clients on the advantages of his company, addressing inquiries, and dispelling worries.
• The communication with the respective sellers is used to dispose of the instances with relevant cause codes.
• Adheres to norms and procedures to maintain and improve quality results.
• Before beginning to collect any information from the clients, keep them know about the recorded conversation.
• Identifying real-time technology/process concerns and escalating them to upper management for resolution.
• Following up with the sellers after they made a request over the phone.
• Getting the job done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Work for 3-4 hours per day to meet the daily connect/content collecting goal.
• Studying new product descriptions and participating in educational programs keeps one’s job expertise up to date.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
