• Assists in the coordination of functional area or department account leads’ actions to ensure that business solution needs are satisfied.
• Assists in the interpretation and planning of demand predictions;
• collaborate with team members to develop high-quality specifications for end-to-end project delivery.
• Keeps track of account-specific application issues and aids in the prioritization of work requests.
• Coordinates interactions between lines of service (LOS) and clients with senior team members to ensure that integration of new, upgraded, and current applications meets client standards.
• Assists with the identification and research of application changes in order to improve customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensures that project delivery meets the expectations and needs of clients and the firm.
