0 to 5 years experience in an International call center, preferably in Chat Operations. Freshers are also eligible to apply.

Job Role:

Responsible for providing great customer service, including answering inquiries and concerns about order status, inventory, and billing issues via web-chat and email.
Customers and/or shopper contacts are possible.
Responsible for preventing clients from canceling their service subscriptions and responding to various forms of inquiries.
Responsible for receiving a large volume of incoming Chat chats and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Respond professionally to client concerns; make every effort to address problems satisfactorily in accordance with established rules.
Responsible for accurately documenting customer transactions in the appropriate systems.
As needed, coordinate with coworkers, lead people, and other departments.

Skills Required:

Candidates that have experience with eCommerce websites are preferred.
They should be able to communicate effectively in writing and comprehend information.
Outstanding Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills are excellent, and you are a team player.
Willing to work night shifts (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
