  • 12th pass/ Graduation
Experience Required:

  • 0 to 5 years experience in an International call center, preferably in Chat Operations. Freshers are also eligible to apply.
Salary:

₹ 2,00,000 – 3,25,000 P.A.

Job Role:

  • Responsible for providing great customer service, including answering inquiries and concerns about order status, inventory, and billing issues via web-chat and email.
  • Customers and/or shopper contacts are possible.
  • Responsible for preventing clients from canceling their service subscriptions and responding to various forms of inquiries.
  • Responsible for receiving a large volume of incoming Chat chats and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond professionally to client concerns; make every effort to address problems satisfactorily in accordance with established rules.
  • Responsible for accurately documenting customer transactions in the appropriate systems.
  • As needed, coordinate with coworkers, lead people, and other departments.
Skills Required:

  • Candidates that have experience with eCommerce websites are preferred.
  • They should be able to communicate effectively in writing and comprehend information.
  • Outstanding Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
  • Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills are excellent, and you are a team player.
  • Willing to work night shifts (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
