Managing a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner while following scripts when dealing with various topics/scenarios
Ability to integrate process knowledge quickly and efficiently
Effective probing and analyzing skills, as well as the ability to multi-task speech and data entry
Should be able to work from both the workplace and at home.
