Researches and analyses available data and makes real-time judgments to resolve the issue at hand in a timely manner.
Has a basic understanding of warehousing and logistics to address any issues that may arise along the lifetime of a client order, from pickup to processing to delivery.
Facilitates information flow between various stakeholders (carriers/warehouses) and handles any potential difficulties that may have an influence on customer experience and business continuity.
Interacts with both external and internal customers (carriers, vendors, and suppliers) (Finance, Tech, Business, and Operations)
Understand the business implications of trends and makes sound judgments based on the information available.
Report systemic issues or discrepancies in information and data to the appropriate owners and teams, and ensure that resolutions are implemented.
Meet important business needs while measuring and identifying actions accomplished while working under varying time restrictions.
Verbally and in writing, communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders and corporate executives.
Develop and maintain tools and reports that assist senior leadership as well as site operators.
