Job Timings:

8 am to 9 pm

Working Days: 5 days, 2 days week-off

Job Role:

Should be able to communicate with a consumer and understand their situation right away.
Support agents should have a thorough understanding of the product/service, allowing them to quickly offer a solution to the customer.
If the issue the client is having is beyond the scope of the support rep’s immediate responsibilities, they should learn to escalate the situation to the appropriate internal team(s) and
follow up with them on a frequent basis for updates.
