The candidate should have at least one year of BPO (inbound/outbound/email) experience and also be fluent in English and Hindi.

Job Timings:

8 am to 9 pm

Working Days: 5 days, 2 days week-off

Job Role:

  • Should be able to communicate with a consumer and understand their situation right away.
  • Support agents should have a thorough understanding of the product/service, allowing them to quickly offer a solution to the customer.
  • If the issue the client is having is beyond the scope of the support rep’s immediate responsibilities, they should learn to escalate the situation to the appropriate internal team(s) and
  • follow up with them on a frequent basis for updates.
Skills Required:

  • English and Hindi are both spoken fluently.
  • Verbal and Non-verbal written communication

  • The candidate must have a PC or laptop with at least an i3 processor, Windows 10 installed, and 4GB of data every day.
