Through online channels, we assist people in learning information technology courses in their native language (English) in order to accelerate their abilities and make them more marketable. Our platform has so far attracted 1.5L+ students from 11 states.

Job Location:

Work from Home

Job Role:

  • collaborating with our students and assisting them in overcoming their issues
  • Explaining and assisting students through the various payment options
  • Developing a rapport with the students
  • Listening to their concerns and responding to them
  • Using Excel and sending emails
  • Managing questions that come up again and again
  • Managing Zoom and Customer Relationship Management (CRMs)
  • Creating suitable documentation and charts, as well as numerous reports
  • Data backup management (storage)
Skills Required

  • Excellent English communication skills are required.

  • The certificate is provided after completion of the internship.
  • The candidate might expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum if he or she is successful in becoming a permanent employee.
