• To promote network efficiency and availability, you’re in charge of the equipment’s operation and maintenance (fault, configuration, alarm, performance, and security) or network components.
• Ensure that technical customer service is efficient and effective in accordance with SLAs.
• For all NOC and SOC issues, manage the Technical Support Center (helpdesk) and the operations of the escalation desk/tickets.
• Review L3/L4 problems and ensure that they are resolved quickly to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of network components and other specified equipment (such as ATMs) in order to maximize network efficiency and availability.
• Is able to use extensive knowledge of one area of Service Assurance, as well as an advanced understanding of specific professional/operational techniques.
• Examines existing systems for flaws and adjusts work processes according to established guidelines.
• Operational role in charge of fulfilling day-to-day goals.

• Good communication skills are required.
