Experience Required:

0-5 years of experience is required. Freshers are also eligible to apply.

₹ 3,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.

Job Role:

  • Technical support via voice and email to achieve closure in accordance with the ITIL Incident Management process.
  • Follow up on each call and update the ticket to ensure that it is closed on time.
  • Customer communication, call ownership and drive to resolution
  • Perform the Incident Management Process Life Cycle, beginning with Incident Logging and ending with Call Closure and a customer satisfaction survey.
  • End-user telephonic assistance and coordination with vendors, the Client Problem Management team, and other Towers
  • Maintain proactive monitoring and follow a specified escalation procedure.
  • Application Support Troubleshooting (Off Shelf or Customized)
  • Printer and MFD Troubleshooting
  • VPN software and Collaboration Tools Troubleshooting
  • Password Reset and Remote Control Tools Troubleshooting
  • MS Windows & Office, Desktops, Laptops, iPad Peripherals, and Networking Troubleshooting
  • Application and Workplace IT & Communications & Collaboration Support Troubleshooting (including IP Telephony)
