  • By thoroughly analyzing all customer inquiries and using all available equipment and software to guarantee that incidents and problems are fixed effectively and within SLAs, provides accurate and timely information.
  • Effectively exchanges information to route client requests/issues/questions/complaints to the appropriate teams for action.
  • Utilizes time in a proactive and effective manner to meet service goals;
  • In terms of call trends/drivers, provides comments and suggestions to help grow and improve the customer experience.
