  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Customer complaints should be managed and resolved.
  • As needed, identify and escalate issues to managers.
  • Customers should be informed about products and services.
  • Utilize existing resources to gather essential information and present a solution to clients.
  • Using appropriate software, investigate, identify, and resolve consumer complaints.
  • Calls and tickets should be routed to the relevant resources and domains that can best assist the user.
  • All call information should be documented according to normal operating practices.
  • Recognize, document, and notify the management team of customer service patterns.
  • Create SOPs for new issues and provide a resolution.
  • Call logs and reports in their entirety.
Wipro – Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to empathize with, calm, and handle irate customers.
  • Technical expertise in troubleshooting operating system issues, as well as a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Windows, Outlook, Teams, and Citrix troubleshooting VDI, VPN, Security App, and other technologies are available via remote support.
