Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from customers.
Customer complaints should be managed and resolved.
As needed, identify and escalate issues to managers.
Customers should be informed about products and services.
Utilize existing resources to gather essential information and present a solution to clients.
Using appropriate software, investigate, identify, and resolve consumer complaints.
Calls and tickets should be routed to the relevant resources and domains that can best assist the user.
All call information should be documented according to normal operating practices.
Recognize, document, and notify the management team of customer service patterns.
Create SOPs for new issues and provide a resolution.
Call logs and reports in their entirety.

Wipro – Skills Required

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to empathize with, calm, and handle irate customers.
Technical expertise in troubleshooting operating system issues, as well as a desire to learn new technologies.
Windows, Outlook, Teams, and Citrix troubleshooting VDI, VPN, Security App, and other technologies are available via remote support.
