24-7 Intouch Educational Qualification:

  • A technical graduate degree and 0 to 5 years of experience working in an international call center, ideally in Chat Operations are required.
    A person’s age should be under or equal to 30 years old.
24-7 Intouch Experience Required:

0-5 years of experience required. Freshers are also eligible to apply.

Salary:

₹ 2,00,000 – 3,25,000 P.A.

Company Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)

Job Role:

  • Responsible for providing great customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving complaints about electronic products such as high-definition consumer goods, smartphones and tablets, and/or technical support via web chat and email.
  • Offer products as a service update and/or new products.
  • Responsible for receiving a large volume of incoming Chat chats and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues, as well as arrange field service visits as needed.
  • Responsibilities include selling and upgrading essential corporate products in accordance with company demands and consumer needs.
  • Responsible for preventing clients from having their services disconnected, performing repairs, and responding to other types of inquiries.
Skills Required

  • Candidates who have a basic understanding of technical topics are preferred (Windows & Mobile OS)
  • Should be able to communicate effectively in writing and comprehend information.
  • Outstanding Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
  • Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills are excellent, and you are a team player.
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts (24/7)
