Job Role:

  • You are responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as a Delivery Practitioner.
  • All accounting activities related to General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals, must be coordinated.
  • Identify revenue, cost, and profitability concerns or opportunities and recommend suitable measures.
  • Ascertain that customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and schedules are adhered to.
  • Data collection and processing, order fulfillment, and cash payment collection and application
  • Process Travel and Expense (T/E) claims and payments, duplicate payment resolution, recovery, and vendor statement reconciliations are all things you should know.
  • Ability to manage customer service inquiries via phone calls and email follow-ups
  • Follows procedures and is capable of adapting to changes in the business unit.
Skills Required:

  • conversant with accounting concepts and proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • It’s a plus if you’ve handled customer service calls and emails before. Basic accounting and numerous accounting principles are a must-have.
  • Knowledge of matching invoices, identifying mistakes and resolving exceptions, prioritizing bills, and reducing invoice aging Experience with manual and automatic payment requests, as well as verification and payment run proposals
  • Ambitious person who can work independently to achieve agreed-upon targets and goals.
  • Capacity to manage change while remaining open to it time management skills and the ability to operate under pressure
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills while contributing to a collaborative effort by achieving necessary objectives.
